Clear boundaries make useful automation possible.

These terms govern use of the Relod website, dashboard, connected-device services, and Relod app for ChatGPT. By using those services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be able to form a binding agreement and use Relod only for lawful purposes. If you use Relod for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Device access is determined by assignments in your Relod account. Do not attempt to access another person's devices or data.

Contact support promptly if you believe an account, device assignment, or connected app is being used without authorization.

Relod provides operational sensor readings and summaries. Measurements can be delayed, incomplete, affected by placement or connectivity, or require calibration. They are not guarantees of exact quantity, freshness, safety, or future availability.

Raw distance readings are reported in millimeters. Do not rely on them as an exact fill percentage unless calibrated inventory metadata is available for the device.

The Relod app for ChatGPT uses account-scoped, read-only tools. ChatGPT may choose when to call a tool based on your request and the tool description. Review the returned data before relying on it for an operational decision.

The app cannot place orders, make payments, or change device settings. OpenAI's services are governed by OpenAI's own terms, policies, availability, and account controls.

You may not misuse Relod, interfere with service operation, probe or bypass access controls, submit malicious content, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, or use data to violate another person's rights.

You may connect supported clients only to accounts and devices you are authorized to use.

Relod relies on third-party hosting, authentication, commerce, and AI services. Their services may change or become unavailable. Purchases completed through an external checkout provider are also subject to that provider's terms.

Hardware-specific safety, return, warranty, and pilot conditions may be provided separately during purchase or onboarding and remain applicable to the relevant device.

We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or product direction. We may restrict access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.

You may stop using Relod at any time. Contact support to request account deletion or assistance disconnecting a device or app.

Relod is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that are not expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Relod and Chicali Tech are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms and will post the revised terms with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
