Your data should stay attached to your intent.

This policy applies to the Relod website, dashboard, connected devices, support services, and the Relod app for ChatGPT. Relod is operated by Chicali Tech. It does not cover third-party services you choose to use under their own terms and policies.

We handle the minimum information needed to provide and protect Relod:

• Account information: name, email address, account identifiers, role, and assigned device identifiers.
• Device information: device identifiers, firmware and sensor configuration versions, and connection timestamps.
• Sensor readings: temperature, humidity, raw distance measurements, battery state, reading-quality signals, and measurement timestamps.
• Service and support information: technical logs, security events, and information you include in a support request.
• Purchase information: order and payment details are handled by the checkout provider you choose; Relod does not receive complete payment-card numbers.

We use data to authenticate accounts, assign devices, show readings and history, assess reading freshness and quality, provide support, secure the service, and comply with applicable obligations.

Relod does not use raw distance readings to claim an exact inventory percentage unless calibrated inventory metadata is available for that device.

Connecting Relod to ChatGPT is optional. When you connect it, ChatGPT authenticates through Relod and may call read-only tools in response to your requests. Relod receives the specific tool name and inputs needed for that request—not a separate feed of your complete ChatGPT conversation.

Tool responses can include your account display name, assigned device identifiers, recent readings, and reading history. Relod does not return your account email or internal user ID to ChatGPT tools. Relod enforces account assignments on every tool call. The app cannot change device settings, place orders, or make payments.

OpenAI processes your ChatGPT activity under its own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect Relod from ChatGPT or revoke access by removing the app in ChatGPT settings.

We share data only as needed to operate the service, fulfill your request, or meet legal obligations. Service providers include:

• Clerk for account authentication.
• Cloudflare for APIs, storage, queues, and security services.
• Vercel for website hosting.
• OpenAI when you choose to connect and use the Relod app for ChatGPT.
• Commerce and support providers when you choose to purchase an item or contact us.

We do not sell personal information or device readings.

We keep account profiles and device assignments while an account is active. Device readings are retained while needed to provide monitoring and history, unless you ask us to delete them or a longer period is required for security or legal reasons. OAuth tokens remain until they expire or are revoked. Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve and document the request.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email carlos@chicali.tech. We may need to verify the account before completing a request.

We use account-scoped authorization, encrypted network connections, restricted service credentials, and operational logging to protect Relod data. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

You can stop device collection by disconnecting a device, disconnect the ChatGPT app in ChatGPT settings, or request account deletion through support.

We may update this policy as Relod changes. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
